Location

Unless otherwise noted, all events will take place at Beta Verde, the mother-daughter food project of one of Lennon’s college besties, Salem Norfleet Neff, and her mom, Margaret Norfleet Neff. Beta Verde is located at 3733 Milhaven Rd., in Winston-Salem, NC

Travel

Beta-Verde is on the western edge of Winston-Salem, NC, a 15-20 minute drive from downtown.

Winston-Salem an hour-and-a-half from Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), and roughly the same from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). (Charlotte might be 10 minutes closer, but we recommend picking the airport based on whichever flight is cheaper and more convenient.) There’s also a small airport (Piedmont Triad International, or GSO) 40 minutes away.

Public transportation isn’t really a thing in these parts, so you’ll probably want to rent a car from the airport. (For a list of train and bus options, click here.) We’re happy to arrange carpools. Want in? Email Isaac at isaac.grody@gmail.com, and we’ll help arrange.
